Just got done working out and feeling absolutely incredible!
Did the bike for 30 minutes (staying in between my 70-80% target heart rate zone) and weights for 45 minutes!

In all honesty and truthfulness, it is only BY God that I have done any of this. I almost feel like I just wake up every morning and surrender and He takes it from there! How amazing that He desires to work in our lives! How amazing that He is so faithful, even when we are so faithless! Such amazing GRACE!
Crazy/Awesome Thought of the Day
My middle name is Quinn. It’s of Irish/Gaelic origin and it means “counsel.” Skip ahead almost 23 years after I was given that name, and I’m going to become a counselor! This made me smile so big. How incredible that my name has carried a meaning which is now a truth in my life! I have such a passion and a hunger to see hope and restoration come to life in the lives of others. The name I have carried for my entire life has echoed that.
Today is a ridiculously gorgeous day. Amazing weather always makes me excited, knowing that heaven is exponentially more beautiful and perfect and lovely and full of God’s glory. Can you imagine?!?!
